Bachelor’s degree with focus on HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or another related field of study.
First relevant HR (or very similar) experience, preferably within a dynamic professional service firm environment.
You are knowledgeable around core HR processes. (hire to retire)
Be able to take on ownership and act autonomously but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths.
You possess the ability to develop networks. (within HR and to the business)
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional service orientation, with a clear focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
Come with strong analytical skills, a good business sense and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment.
Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Effective communication skills and presentation skills, combined with an open-minded consultative approach.
