Communicate all employee related data information such new hires, departmental transfers, sabbaticals, terminations, or other contractual changes via our share point system.
Preparation of monthly payroll together with our local Finance manager.
Responsible for staffing and personnel project planning via an internal tool and in close cooperation with project leaders.
Monitor accurate time recording of all employees and make corrections where necessary.
Support our hiring process as part of a cross-functional recruiting team: support a service-oriented communication process and make sure all relevant stakeholders are involved and considered.
Review applications and communicate with candidates, organize interviews and work with our HR Recruiting system.
Support with execution of global processes locally, e.g., salary, bonus, and performance management / talent management, exit interviews.
Collaborate with our global HR team to steer the local implementation of global HR strategies and programs.
Assist with employee experience initiatives and execute HR Operations tasks in a professional consulting firm environment – from managing professional onboarding activities to issuing letters of reference to interns and students.
