Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations,
Knowledge of strategic HR planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functional areas relevant to the responsibilities,
Significant experience in HR roles, including progressively responsible positions with exposure to various HR functions minimum 10 years,
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment can be beneficial, as it provides industry-specific insights and understanding,
Strong business acumen to understand the production company's operations, challenges, and industry dynamics, enabling effective HR support and decision-making,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior management, managers, employees,
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment with changing priorities and requirements,
Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the production industry,
Understanding of HR practices that ensure legal compliance, including proper documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to employment laws,
Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with emerging HR trends, best practices, and industry developments,
Experience in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies is a must.
