Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues faced by users in both the office and shopfloor environments,
Offer guidance and technical support to end users to ensure efficient day-to-day operations,

IT Ticket Resolution,
Monitor and respond to IT tickets promptly,
Prioritize and handle multiple support requests based on urgency and importance,
Collaborate with other IT staff or external vendors when necessary for ticket resolution,
Device Management,
Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices including but not limited to PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers,
Ensure devices are equipped with the latest software updates and security patches,
Networking Activities,
Support the IT team in setting up and maintaining the network infrastructure,
Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity and network-related issue,
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of network devices, including switches, routers, and access points,
Documentation Communication,
Document resolutions and updates for future reference and knowledge-sharing,
Maintain effective communication channels with users, providing updates and feedback on IT issues and requests.
