Designing and executing potential programs in parallel with the future fit talent strategy,
Creating and managing development programs by using advanced development tools in order to mobilize employees to learn from each other and increasing growth mindset,
Reviewing L&D trends and benchmarks the internal and external environment to improve learning and development activities,
Defining competencies and capability needs for Global Talents in line with the talent management strategy and mapping them with development solutions,
Acting as a program lead on Mentorship, sustainability, and DEI Programs, manage monitor the development process
Contributing specific talent and learning projects when required,
Managing daily operations of training programs and coordinating with vendors and Global HR teams,
Managing and ensuring the realization of Training Development programs in parallel with the program design,
Working closely with Global and Turkey HR teams and responding to inquiries on development efforts,
Receiving feedback from participants, suppliers, managers and all related parties in order to create and implement improvement actions,
Monitoring the Training and Development budget to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently,
Following up the invoices of the programs and records budget realization for development efforts through organizations budget and purchasing platforms,
Working closely and aligned with L&D Operational Excellence team on reporting and planning programs.
