Collaborates with other members of the immunology franchise and other internal stakeholders to create programs and materials to create patient value and allow the company to achieve its financial and non-financial objectives.
Engages internal stakeholders towards new ways of working with focus on communication and cross functional collaboration.
Develops materials and programs within approved indications designed to help HCPs match the right company product/solution to the right patient.
Accountable for local adaptation of global solutions (projects and activities) as well as development of specific area solutions in line with local ecosystem drivers.
Works with the related stakeholders to design and provide training and mentoring programs to field based HCP Partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to be effective in their role.
Analyzes market data to derive insights that drive the company’s strategic plans.
Manages OPEX budget associated with program development and execution.
Works with internal and external stakeholders/advisors to identify opportunities for the company to further contribute to the creation of patient value.
Takes proactive steps to ensure that patients who receive a company product have the best possible experience.
Ensures company operational compliance to the highest professional standards.
