Supporting land scouting, feasibility analysis, and initiation of new initiatives (greenfield or brownfield), also through collaboration with local partners.
Identify suitable areas for the development and construction of new facilities, as well as participate in the process of acquiring real rights on lands in the relevant areas.
Provide support during the technical and financial due diligence phases of projects and in preparing documents for feasibility evaluation.
Follow up Environmental Impact Assesssment Process of the projects.
Making technical analysis of the project with Head of Engineering.
Analyse the feasibility of the projects and grid connection.
Evaluation of future opportunities and projects.
Prepare cost analysis and budgeting.
Managing and carry out administrative works and correspondence.
