Set targets for sales team in areas such as sales revenues, profitability, and business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals,
Embrace and drive value based selling strategies,
Identify unexplored market opportunities, evaluating technical and commercial viability and defining the way to align them under the company strategic plan,
Collaborate with stakeholders on implementing all initiatives,
Ensure the entire sales organisation utilises and capitalises on Salesforce,
Create and document sales processes and sales roles and responsibilities to ensure sustainability and consistent approaches across the organization,
Run analysis and prepare reports to support the strategic decisions and actions,
Implement and oversees HSE requirements by employees, be the ambassador of “safety first” approach.
