We are looking for an "Account Manager" who is responsible for the development of the transportation sector (Aviation/Metro/Highway) customers’ high-level relationship and the whole process of project implementation, and ensure that the market objectives, sales targets, and collection targets of the region are completed and the customer relationship is improved.

Support for the specified key accounts and enterprise sector to provide high-quality solutions to end customers.

Prepare and plan account plans and marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis.

Obtain the target sales revenues of the transportation sector.

Develop new key accounts through the cooperation with existing customer teams.

Organize comprehensive enterprise market analysis (industry, customer, competition, self and opportunity) to determine market objectives and strategies, participate in the development of account plans and implement them.

Be responsible for the competition management of corresponding accounts.

Professional Knowledge:

Have at least 5 years of experience and deep industry insight in the transportation sector. Have good connections with customers and the ecosystem in the sector.

Have proven experience in the development of ICT solutions in the enterprise field.

Have excellent personal relationships and communications as a customer manager, have the capability to build and improve relationships with mid- and high-level customers, and successfully establish exclusive customer relationships, affecting the decision-making chain.

Be able to gain a deep insight into customer pain points and requirements, effectively present solutions, influence customers 'decision-making, and guide customers' willingness to purchase.

Serve as the project leader and be able to independently operate most project development tasks.

Be able to participate in project negotiation and successfully handle customers' special requirements and differences.



Professional Skills:

A self-confident and results oriented individual who is able to work on own initiative to proactively manage and prioritize a large workload.

Strong presentation and communication skills are critical as is the ability to use initiative.

Follow projects through to completion.

Professional credibility will enable this individual to establish and cement strong customer relationships.

Being fluent in English.
