We are looking for an "accounting customer service associate'' for our partner operating in medical sector.

Order processing in accordance with Company sales terms conditions and price-lists provided by Regulatory Affairs Market Access Director (SAP) .

On Time Full Delivery focus on each and every order, good communication with all internal / external customers.

Collecting, checking and filling necessary documents, issuing invoices, provide stock and sales information, prepare month end reports of inventory, goods in transit, sample tracking

Support Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager related activities with 3rd Party Warehouse Distribution Partner:

Liaise on a routine basis to ensure efficient picking and dispatch of customer orders. Take responsibility for routine stock reconciliation.

Monitor interface and ensure that any all files/transactions are posted

Dealing with customer queries (price enquiries, tracking of orders etc.)

Support to Demand & Customer Service Manager for Supply Chain activities:

Attend to annual warehouse physical inventory counts.

Regular checks for zero inventory warning alert

Support for the follow up of the necessary documentation flow, preparation of the permit applications on time and file to MoH

Providing logistics support, batch traceability, returns management and reconciliation according to local and global SOPs. Good documentation and filing.

Assist and support Supply Chain Customer Service Manager for the returns process; liaising with customers, Warehouse Service Provide and Responsible person according to local SOP. Good documentation and filing.

To ensure Customer Services Logistics function and processes are, and remain, compliant with all SOP’s and SAP requirements.

Ensure all customer master data records are updated

Ensure all material pricing , sales condition records are current

Ensure that personal SAP knowledge is continuously updated

Support finance team 25% of her/his time for filling journals, scanning of all incoming invoices, support Senior Accountant.


University Degree

Relevant experience up to 2 years

Experience with the following packages: SAP Sales Distributions, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Strategic: Functional/Technical Skills, Technical Learning, Problem Solving.

Operational: Priority Setting, Planning, Time Management, Reporting

Courage: Conflict Management.

Interpersonal: Approachability, Customer Focus, Peer Relationships, Negotiating, Listening, Patience, Self-Development.

Technical: Technology Skills, Building Customer Loyalty (complaint management), Distribution Compliance Knowledge.

Fluency in English
