Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for line management (up to the Sr. Manager Roles) and employees for all P&C related issues
_ Responsible for the local People Culture processes such as;
• Recruitment for relevant business units plus support when there is a need to support other divisions/regions
• Onboarding
• Performance Management
• Compensation Benefits
• Learning Development
• Talent Management
• Engagement
_ Training Planning Organisation, manage external Training providers, conduct training need analysis for relevant business units.
_ Induction plan of new hires
_ Probationary management
Consults with line management, providing P&C guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Identify staffing needs and allocate human resources ensuring appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate personnel and career development actions, Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers and align these terms legally and with global policies etc.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related P&C matters.
Monitor compensation and benefits proposals and ensure internal equity and coherence with corporate guidelines.
Investigate the causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for managing specific cases. Coordinate actions with P&C functional specialists as required.
Participate with line management in the development of change management initiatives
Collaborate with and provide input to corporate work groups in order to develop and improve People Culture policies.
The incumbent is responsible for initiatives and works autonomously.
He/She may be expected to evaluate and improve processes and tools and coach less experienced job holders to help them develop key competencies and achieve defined objectives.
Prepare and present it to P&C Manager reports for P&C Dashboards or activities that are accomplished weekly, monthly etc.
Support P&C Manager in different initiatives.
