area continous improvement manager

We are looking for a "Area Continous Improvement Manager " for our global client operates in worldwide logistics.

Evaluates existing processes and operating systems within the context of business requirements

Efficiently distributes customer cases and inqueries to the correct individual(s) or department, based on in-depth end-to-end understanding of the organization

Proposes changes or enhancements to help achieve the business goals

Manages relations with relevant business stakeholders

Continuously aligns initiatives manages risks associated with deployment of initiatives

Identifies, sources and builds process improvement team(s)

Manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Leads and coaches a team

Delivers high-quality work while adhering to procedures, ensuring that consistent standardized responsibilities are performed and managing escalations

Constantly looks for ways to improve work processes with a 360-degree view towards our customers, the market and processes

Acts as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders by building strong and lasting relationships

Works independently and assists the team in realizing ambitions by sharing knowledge and best practices

Takes full responsibility for customer experience by supporting end-to- end customer service processes, in compliance with relevant company procedures and regulatory requirements

Gains understanding of our customers’ business through commercial intelligence

Supports the team with commercial strategic direction

Monitors agreed service levels, and identifies root causes when targets are not met, and advises management of potential service failures and trends

University degree preferably in Engineering

Around 15 years of experience with minimum 7 years of team management experience

Proficiency in project management

Process mindset as well business process re-engineering focus

Green Belt, Black Belt, Six Sigma, Kaizen certificates would be asset
