We are looking for a Brand and Communications Manager for our global client.

Lead the Brand Communication team – 5 direct reports.

Lead the development of the Mobility Marketing Communications strategy, development, production, and management of all brand and product marketing communications.

Lead the Integrated Agency Management. (brief, planning, deployment, post-campaign evaluation, constructive feedback for improvements)

Provide direction and leadership to the agencies in the development of Marketing campaigns. (inclusive of ATL, BTL activations, Forecourt branding, Digital / social media, events)

Ensure consumer insights/habits/behaviors are used for the development of relevant communication.

Collaborate with the Global Mobility Marketing Comms, Insights, Partnership Sponsorships teams to develop local communication and activation strategies, plan and ideas.

Manage SP&A and ensure effective and efficient delivery of marketing comms activities on time and on budget, leveraging the contractual obligations in coordination with C&P.

Ensure consistency of Mobility messaging, both internal and external, looking for synergies where possible with SFS, Lubes, etc.

Ensure branding policies are aligned with global VI standards. Managing all necessary approvals where necessary. (VI, HSSE, legal, P&T, ER, motorsports OEM partners)


People management - experienced leader of a team, outstanding people skills. (motivate, coach, develop)

Professional skills in marketing communications campaign and performance management, digital social media management, Integrated Agency Management.

Collaboration – it is critical to build strong relationships and fast. Working across media, insights, brand teams, agencies; a ‘one team’ attitude is essential.

Stakeholder management – Integrated Agency and complex external stakeholder management, senior internal stakeholder management is also crucial. It is therefore important that this candidate has confidence, professionalism, is able to build compelling presentations, and is able to present them clearly and simply in clear and fluent both in Turkish and English.

Ability to manage various competing priorities and handle numerous relationships, work under pressure and against tight deadlines.

Media agency management- -It’s critical to understand the media buying process main media KPI’s.

Advanced English.

ATL Media buying is a must. (above 1 Mio USD ATL media buying)
