We are looking for a "Business Customer Analytics Executive" for our global client.

Manage a telemarketing and pre-sales process in charge of taken appointment / business opportunities process for sales,
Track and trace the main Marketing Sales KPIs in order to adjust the marketing plan correct potential issues or gaps in results,
Targeting customers prospects to develop and increase efficiency (Loyalty and Acquisition),
Customer install base (Loyalty churn), grow our business and revenue and customer knowledge,
Propose business performance analysis and project management in order to increase results,
Creating, monitoring, analyzing and improving all campaigns (acquisition and client base),
A driver of innovation for setting up new campaigns,
Implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators,
Data extraction and analysis for the development (lead management and lead nurturing processes),
Coordinate with the local team to deploy campaigns and insure the full engagement of local teams in their success,
Teamwork with the team to follow-up adapt the activity at a daily, weekly monthly basis to reach the business objectives.

nitelikler

At least 3 years of experience in the B2B Market,
Experience in Environmental Marketing Data Sciences (segmentation) and / or Customer Relationship,
Excellent analytical, flexible, open and good at working with a broad range of people,
Perfect knowledge of Access and Excel and knowledge of data mining tools and CRM (Sales Force),
Focus on measured performance and the metrics,
Experience in Telesales / call center will be appreciated,
Management and good self-management skills,
Excellent collaboration team working skills,
Highly organised and ability to prioritize,
Willingness to learn and self-educate,
Strong attention to detail,
Willingness to assist with tasks outside of job description for the good of the company,
Flexible, open and good at working with a broad range of people,
Ability to elaborate and collaborate on ideas,
Fluent in English.
