We are looking for a "Business Development Manager" for our client whose mission is to build the next generation e-commerce group by acquiring and scaling high-performing businesses on online marketplaces.

Find and qualify homegrown Amazon/Trendyol/Hepsiburada third-party businesses and direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands based out of Turkey,
Promote the company through calls, emails, and other messaging to prospective partners,
Build relationships with brand owners and senior stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and potential brand acquisition,
Be the primary POC from deal origination to closure. You will need to work with investment, operations
and branding teams to ensure every step of the deal process runs smoothly,
Work together with sales operations/lead generation team to evolve our outbound prospecting strategy,
Partner with internal teams to define success and build a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders,
milestones, risks and metrics needed to ensure sellers realize the value in selling their business to the company.


7+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, Category and/or Key Account Management,
Previous Business development with e-commerce marketplaces in Turkey (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada etc.) or other tech first companies like Uber, Insider, Getir, Sigortam, Sigortayeri, Meditopia etc or business development experience in other sectors (B2B experience a must) with a strong knowledge of the Turkey e-commerce ecosystem,
A customer-centric attitude and ability to develop rapport and build relationships with partners,
Excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to make quick judgement calls under pressure,
Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment. Ability to work in a fast changing environment and deliver results consistently.
