We are looking for a ''Call Center Operation Manager" for our client which is world’s leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances.

The role will be responsible for daily operations of CCC regarding the KPI fulfilment, operational excellence and process improvement.
The role will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive
The functions for the team is as follows:
Inbound &outbound activities
Customer complaint management
Sales order processing through various channels
Back office functions

Proven experience as call center manager or similar position
Experience in customer service is required
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
Solid understanding of reporting
Proficient in MS Office
Communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
Advanced level of English
Having excellent customer service and communication skills
