We are seeking for a "Compensation and Benefit Specialist" for our multinational client which operates in the automotive sector located in İstanbul.

Participate in salary surveys through the collection and reporting of data to third-party survey providers; Review salary survey results and provide recommendations.

Manage the overall planning and execution of the annual salary review, year-end bonus cycle.

Analyze data and trends and provide support in evaluation of employee salaries, benchmarking, and equitable pay to ensure alignment to overall Groupe Renault C&B strategy.

Design and implement C&B programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth.

Identify current and future benefit requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Execute salary offer and promotion process.

Prepare monthly HR reports for Finance Departments.

Report C&B related data and KPI for Cluster and Groupe Renault C&B Center of Expertise.

Work closely with senior management and leaders across the organization to address any employee concerns related to pay and rewards.

Work in close coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that employee compensation is in alignment with the latest recruiting trends for the industry.

Work in close coordination with the Groupe Renault C&B Center of Expertise to ensure alignment to overall Groupe Renault C&B strategy.

Coach, counsel, and educate HRBP on C&B policies, processes, programs, and strategies.

Develop and clearly present a professional product to multiple levels of management.

Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, Mathematics or other related disciplines.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience preferably in C&B processes.

Advanced knowledge and practice level of HAY Guide Chart Job Evaluation Methodology.

Preferably experienced in Bilin/Humanist Workday HR system.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced level in MS Excel is a must).

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to deal divers responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong analytic, planning and communication skills.

Strong customer and solution orientation.

High level of financial awareness.
