We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Executive who will be reporting to C&B Manager.

Manage, develop and implement appropriate compensation and benefits policies and strategies,

Prepare and reports the actualization of wages and salaries budget, prim/bonus systems,

Prepare and analyze annual Workforce Budget,

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually HR reports and other ad-hoc reports,

Develop salary proposals at recruitment stage and realize annual salary increases adjustments,

Management of the agreement processes with the Union for the Blue Collar every 2 years,

Review of position evaluation and grading system to be aligned with organization and business standards, (HAY Methodology)

Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives.


Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields,

Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HAY Job Evaluation Methodology, Grading Systems and Salary Surveys,

Good command of both written and spoken English,

Strong follow-up on multi tasks, communication skills, analytical and reporting skills,

Strong program management skills including program planning, implementation and evaluation,

Excellent command of MS Office applications (Advanced level in MS Excel is a must),

SAP HR knowledge,

Military service must be completed for male candidates.
