In charge of the business activities owning the Profit and Loss and balance sheet for the Turkish unit.
The role need to oversight the company procedures, deliver against the strategy set by the board, report the performance on Quartey basis, build a local management team and responsible for the whole country operations.

Responsible for delivering the annual operating plan for the market, with clear KPIs.
Ensure a lean organization on both operations and head office.
Build professional relationship with outside stakeholders to promote company reputation.
Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance across all teams.
Timely and effective feedback to the team to ensure smooth flow of the organization.
Develop business plans, targeting new restaurant growth with focus on development schedule and support needed to achieve it.
Site selection and input on the designs.
Conduct project planning. follow-up on timeline to determine opening date based on critical task management.
Responsibility openings of new stores, and closing stores which are not sustainably profitable.
Responsible for the profitability of each location and the country as a whole.
Preparation and implementation of budgets, country strategy, business plan and business management.
Decide on organization within Company guidelines with emphasis on quality, cost control, safety and environment.
Implement new training programs, menu changes, and operations initiatives based on current company directives.
Focus on team development with proper succession plans and GAP analysis.
Ensure timely communication and consult head quarters for taking key decisions.
Ensure written systems are in place for every critical activity including operational and administrative.


Proven track record in QSR/F&B retail operations management with a reputation for building sales and maximizing profits.
Maturity and professionalism enabling successful interaction with people in day to day business.
Strong background in training and development of managers and operators; ability to motivate and inspire team to participate in developmental programs.
Broad based business background which maximizes effective consultation in a variety of disciplines, i.e. marketing, real estate, design and construction, P L management, human resources, purchasing, and restaurant operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and coaching skills.
Financially disciplined and self motivated independent operator, with excellent planning and follow-up abilities.
Fluent in English and Turkish.
