We are looking for a 'Country Sales Manager' for our global client operating in chemical industry.

Reporting to General Manager

Drive the sales to ensure organization target

Provide strong leadership to the sales organization

recruit, train, develop sales and TR Associates

Ensure correct deployment on the sales force into the geographical area

Drive the net sales amp; margin by relevant geographical area

Manage the receivables and overdue in an effective way

Set up local price list

Ensure strong leadership on Credits and Complaints

Implement and maintain a high level of conformance on employee health and security and compliance policy

Provide 0 – 6 month forecast for Direct Indent business and 0-2 months forecast for business

Lead the technical leader and local labs

Coordinate the launches of new products

Ensure full availability of promotional material in the right quantity and language in the appropriate country



University degree in either chemistry or business administration

Experience: 7/10 years of senior sales manager preferably in the chemical industry (textile industry is a strong asset)

Solid track record in sales and management of a team Sensitive of cultural awareness


Solid basis in financials and sales

Good communication skills

and interpersonal skills are required

Good leader

Strong negotiations skills are required

Fluency in English is required

Other languages skills are an asset
