We are looking for a “Country Sales Manager” for our client which is a sales, marketing and distribution company operating in the passenger and light commercial vehicle groups.

Directly reporting to the general manager of the company,

Lead the company sales and sales support team,

Responsible for account managing and all sales activities,

Define and implement customer-strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability growth in line with company’s strategies,

Execute business development and sales activities, follow up the projects which create value for the customers,

Conduct market research regularly and identifying market strategies and priorities,

Seek new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,

Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services,

Hire, train and develop sales professionals for the sales organization as well as continually train/coach sales team,

Monitor productivity of sales team to ensure they are all meeting productivity standards and sales quotas,

Meet the sales target set within the given deadlines,

Establish and provide resources to reach performance goals for all team members,

Analyze sales numbers to identify opportunities for growth,

Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients.

University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Sales,

Minimum 15 years of experience in sales,

Solid team management skills,

Outstanding skills in leading and managing a team of sales managers, specialists, representatives, etc.

Excellent organizational and planning skills,

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,

Diligent and firm with high ethical standards,

Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally to work long hours,

Target oriented, project and process management,

Excellent relationship building and networking skills,

Excellent written and oral communication in local language and English.
