We are looking for a 'Customer Engagement Manager for our client operating in IT industry.

Tracking the tickets opened on the customer service and sales side on the IT side and ensuring their return to the customer side.
Receiving the requests that need to be developed for the customers and creating the correct RFBs, transferring them to the technology team, tracking and communicating with the customers.
Follow-up of requests received by e-mail and ensuring the creation of Tickets.
Ownership of the process of opening tickets for internal requests and reporting the status.
Owning the customer's internal representation in all processes.
Realization and follow-up of demo and training stages of customers.
Good knowledge of reporting structures.
High motivation to develop his job.
Asking the right questions on behalf of the customer.
Measuring his work and following his development with numbers.
Able to plan and document the correct process.
Self-confidence and respect to receive and give feedback with teammates.


Very good command of English.
At least 8 years of experience in a similar position, including 4 years in management.
Created a similar department before and planned and made improvements in the design of these processes..
Previously involved in technology integration projects
Graduate of Engineering Sciences (Industrial-information technologies or EX Developer)
