We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.

Managing and reporting all processes related to sales orders and contracts from start to finish,

Improving the customer service experience,

Taking ownership of customer problems and following up the problems to the solution,

Developing service procedures, policies and standards,

Ensuring a regular workflow based on priorities,

Providing strategy support for the brand or product under management,

Following the product import and export processes,

Bringing the product to the targeted audience and market segment,

Applying the relevant sales processes in the ERP system,

Generating ideas with the motive of profit,

Following all the steps in the supply chain,

Regulating the operation between the production and supply chain,

Planning and monitoring of production,

Inventory tracking and planning according to orders,

Supporting the pricing and product costing process,

Analyzing the market.


Graduated from related fields of universities,

Communication skills to deal with a difficult client,

Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills,

Preferably in the Food and Agricultural Products sector; Min. 5-6 years of experience,

Knowing the trends in the market,

Able to follow the product sales management processes at all stages,

Fluent in English,

High verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills,

Open to innovation and change, result oriented, prone to teamwork,

Strong organization, planning and follow-up direction, analytical thinking,

Able to use MS Office programs effectively and have advanced reporting skills,

No travel restrictions,

Completed military service for male candidates.
