We are looking for a customer service representative for our client operating in construction industry.

- Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact;

- Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines;

- Provides samples to the customers;

- Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues;

- Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected orders;

- Elaborates sales statistics;

- Communicates with supply chain/logistics staff on an as needed basis;

- Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met;

- Deal with Customer complaints;

- Support to sales team. Internal/External;

- Collect expenses for reimbursements;

- Bookkeeping.


- Knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, etc),

- Excellent communication skills,

- Excellent working knowledge of MS packages,

- Experience of SAP system is a plus,

- 3-5 years of work experience, in a similar role.
