We are looking for Digital Products Platforms Manager for our global client.

The main aim of role is to design and manage the best-in-class Lottery, Numeric games and instant games product offer, in line with market opportunities and customer expectations in terms of variety, experience and trends.

Manage the best-in-class instant games portfolio, manage relationships with the game providers.

Define cross selling and omni channel strategies and finalize them by inserting them in the customer journey of the target customer, in order to reach the acquisition targets of new customers necessary to achieve the product sales

Develop and execute the product and platform enhancement programs, follow up on the roadmap.

Follow up KPIs regarding the products and allign with the budget.

Manage digital product and platform related relationships regarding approvals with Türkiye Varlık Fonu.

Manage the content, presentation and communication of the product offer, creating personalized paths based on sales trends and on the characteristics of the different target customers, together with the Experience Design team and taking care of compliance with respect to the concession (mandatory information such as, for example, regulation, actual payout)

Participate as a product referent at the working tables of cross-functional projects, e.g. new full responsive website, App development, new promo loyalty, indicating needs and related requirements

Monitor results, competition and market share and implement any corrective actions

Coordinate integration of new Marketing tools to the gaming platform (mobile web push, SMS, Optimove etc.)

Lead, manage and mentor the digital product platforms team

Cooperate with other managers and teams in the department strongly

Develop innovative methods and business models in order to maintain a sustainable growth plan

Stay update regarding the digital world across multiple markets and share knowledge with the team


University schooling in Business Administration or Marketing

+8-9 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming sector or in a multinational environment

Strategic vision end framework design

Knowledge of current local regulations and concession requirements (a plus)

Proven experience in managing resources and teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, orientation towards innovation and digitalization, creativity is a plus

Good planning and organization skills

Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and plans

Experience in managing significant budgets

Excellent problem-solving skills

Demonstrated experience in managing teams.

Qualified experience in management by objectives

Good interpersonal skills

Well spoken and written English

Available to travel abroad
