You are responsible to contribute to the growth of the business through Employer’s Image, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
- You identify strengths and opportunities within the organization in order to create and implement a Talent Attraction strategy, alongside the Country HR, Recruitment Responsible, Marketing Manager, and PR Manager, in order to become the employer of choice

- You support the entire organization in the rolling out of the global employer branding strategy to ensure the employee´s satisfaction and engagement, whilst promoting company as the most desirable place to work for, alongside the HR Team

- Follow the global guidelines and create regularly updated visual assets for the local market in collaboration with Marketing if necessary: staff images, videos, colleague’s interviews etc…
- Create glocal Employer Branding messages for internal and external usage, including local figures for number of staff, yearly internal progression, length of service, women/men equity etc… with PR team support
- Benchmark company image as an employer in the local market through surveys
- Keep up to date with competitors and market trends in the retail industry
- Define and implement Employee Value Proposition for Turkey.
Implement internal brand engagement activities to promote company as the best company to work for, through Internal and external communication channels together with MARCOM team.
- Implement initiatives to enhance internal communication channels to increase awareness of Career development opportunities (internal career day’s events / career guide) and help driving the Next Us culture.
Implement evaluations of the effectiveness of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Through benchmarking ensure that the benefits that company offers to its employees are at the forefront of the market
- Plan and oversee company’s presence in Social Media Digital platforms in collaboration with Marketing PR team.
- Define the annual Employer branding and external communication/ recruitment strategy and associated action plan and budget, alongside the rest of the HR team.
- Drive employer branding activities in recruitment/career events, like job fairs, schools’ universities and colleges, together with the Recruitment Team and Marketing.
- Plan and oversee the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides, videos, together with the Marketing Team and Recruitment Responsible.
- Ensure that the career site and LinkedIn page are creative and effective tools for attracting suitable applicants and enhances company employer reputation, together with Recruitment Responsible.
- Creation of a welcome pack for new starters
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of Employer Branding and Recruitment advertising strategies
