We are looking for an “Export Region Sales Manager” for our client that manufactures combi boilers, steel panel radiators and accessories in the HVAC industry.

Drives the organization to reach a profitable business development growth by establishing strong strategic partnerships with Key accounts (Distributors, Partners or / and End Customers),

Manages customer portfolio in the assigned region and territories, focuses on growing and developing existing clients and maps potential ones, together with generating leads for new business for B2B and B2C networks,

Meets regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales plan; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,

Leads complex contract negotiations for B2B Key accounts,

Follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and dispatching departments,

Provides data to support weekly and monthly product forecasting process,

Sustains an efficient communication by carrying out periodical visits to the customers in the region, organizes factory visits and introductory trainings for prospects and clients,

Supports technical service network development in collaboration with Service Management,

Prepares pricing and sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically,

Prepares market research based on different sales channels (modern traditional trade) and sectoral status trend analysis and reports.


Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or relevant,

Minimum 7 years of continuous trade channel development and sales management experience in the HVAC, Pumping, Valve, Mechanical Installation Products or Pipes industry,

Proven sales achievement / track record in export sales,

Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes,

Excellent command of written oral English.
