We are looking for a 'Export Sales Manager' for our client operating in industrial products.

Leading the export sales team,

Conducting sales activities for foreign customers by working in coordination with the Marketing Manager in researching for foreign sales channels,

Working towards organizing and developing international customer relations,

Creating a "Customer Visit Program" for existing and potential foreign customers and making customer visits within this program,

Organizing the necessary schedules to meet the customer demands taken with the overseas sales team and taking measures in the issues,

Carrying out activities to eliminate the dissatisfaction of foreign customers,

Understanding foreign customer complaints, contacting relevant departments for resolution and conducting customer satisfaction,

Organizing advertising, seminars, fairs, sales and foreign customer relations with the Marketing Manager,

Following and researching overseas competitors, products, product features, positioning, wholesale and retail prices, sales conditions, campaigns and developing sales strategies accordingly,

Following up the payments that customers have to make according to international sales agreements,

Informing customers/dealers about the company's trade principles and following their compliance.

Holding a bachelor's degree, MBA is an asset,

Minimum 15 years sales experience, minimum 5 years in a managerial position,

Excellent leadership skills,

Business and results oriented with proven negotiation skills,

Able to identify new sales opportunities,

Strong analytical abilities,

Proficient at MS Office,

Fluent in English.
