We are looking for '' Finance and Business Solutions Manager '' for our partner operating in fmcg sector.

Ensures the development, enhancement and maintenance of all controlling and reporting tools and systems for the Business as well as Enabling functions of Company TR. Manage reporting to headquarters and the internal reporting of the company. Responsible that financial business support provided to the business and functions. Oversees the evaluation of the financial systems and their applicability to company.

Directs and guarantees the collection, analysis and submission of all reporting cycles to corporate in accordance with corporate policies, ensures timely reporting and tracks the performance of the overall business as well as individual departments.

Establishes short and long-term financial objectives, interprets operating results and makes specific recommendation for cost reduction and profit improvement.

Responsible for developing controlling tools and financial performance measurement systems as well as comparisons of the company's performance with other operating units as well as with companies operating in the local market.

Provides evaluation of business scenarios to help optimize the product portfolio and enable efficient resource allocation.

Directs and guarantees the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements in line with Turkish fiscal and legal requirements respectively as well as Company corporate policies and ensures timely reporting.

Supervises the bookkeeping of all daily transactions in the local systems in accordance with Turkish fiscal and legal requirements respectively as well as corporate policies.

Responsible for collaboration with auditing and consulting firms (including contract negotiations) as well as Tax reporting via TAX Workbook (TWB) and Intercompany reconciliation via Intercompany Accounts Reconciliation (ICAR) to headquarters.

Responsible for the Risk Management in Company TR as well as the compliance with corporate Insurance requirements applicable to Company TR incl. the reporting to corporate.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial control and reporting, general accounting,

Minimum 5 years of team management experience

Experience in fmcg sector, preferably

Preferably “have at least 2 years of experience in big four audit firms

Very good command of English
