We are looking for a "Finance Director" for our global client operates in entertainment industry.

Use expert understanding of commercial goals and operating methods to provide high-calibre guidance to the MD and ensure understanding of and focus within the team of turnover and performance against BP targets.

Support and implement SME Global and International initiatives as required and ensure compliance with all relevant governance,

regulatory and statutory reporting requirements to the highest standards.

Ensure that the team deliver accurate regular reporting to international contacts as required.

Leading the processes of financial accounting, tax declarations, control and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory, fiscal and legal requirements and company policy.

Controlling and leading all annual, month-end and quarterly closing activities (both Turkish GAAP and IFRS)

Establishing and following up on asset turnover, ratio goals, cash flow objectives, debt management,and credit management.

Analyzing and executing budget and forecast processes, establishing budgeting method and requirements

Delivery of country results and leadership of the organization.

Involving in strategic and operational management of all commercial/financial issues.

Provide monthly P&L and related reports.

Controlling transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.

Monitor tax related issues and legal processes.

Managing personel benefits and annual leave.

Following up on changing laws, regulations and securing timeliness.

Informing the HQ about the changing laws.

Analysis and Risk Management:

Management and monitoring of cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.

Conduct market analysis and risk management for allocated markets including market share, competitor performance and growth opportunities.

Conduct deal analysis, liaising across all relevant departments to provide valuable input into both ad-hoc decision making signings, established artist renegotiations, label / artist JVs, distribution deals and new business acquisitions.

Analysis and Risk Management:

Management and monitoring of cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.

Conduct market analysis and risk management for allocated markets including market share, competitor performance and growth opportunities.

Conduct deal analysis, liaising across all relevant departments to provide valuable input into both ad-hoc decision making and formal corporate approval process. Including: new artist signings, established artist renegotiations, label / artist JVs, distribution deals and new

business acquisitions.

Lead on large customer negotiations or renewals, closely monitoring credit management and cooperation with insurance partners.

Lead on the cooperation with ZAIKS. (local copyrights society) and ZPAV (local IFPI collecting society)

Departmental Performance and Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate existing priorities and growth opportunities and play a vital role influencing the creation of a continually refreshed action plan to achieve these goals.

Ensure that operating efficiencies and performance improvements are a priority throughout the business, working closely with and challenging the management team where necessary.

Bring strong functional direction to the finance and accounting team to ensure high-quality financial reporting, planning and analysis capability exists, managing the company’s annual and longer-term planning, forecasting and review processes.

Maintaining a sound control environment.

Ensure an effective level of service and support is provided to other departments such as A&R, Marketing and Digital for daily transitional queries as well as solution driven mind-set for complex scenarios.

Progressive and continuous management of the team and proactively enabling development opportunities where appropriate.

Governance:

nitelikler

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of financial practices and processes with emphasis on management accounting, budget management, financial planning, variance analysis/gross margin, cash management, reporting and analysis, tax and internal controls in a global company.

(CPA) is preferred.

Proven track record in team management.

Result oriented.

Analytical problem-solving skills, ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP software packages.

Fluent in English.
