We are looking for a HR Admin Specialist to support all HR related matters and oversee process management of the company.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures,

Design and implement effective training and development plans,

Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated,

Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly,

Ensure a smooth onboarding programme,

Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,

Support the GM and the affiliate with developing general processes as well as improving existing,

Investigate and implement relevant existing corporate policies,

Ensure continuous improvement plan is established as standard approach within the company.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,

Previous experience in HR administration,

The ability to handle multiple tasks,

Strategic and tailor made planning to improve results,

Result oriented,

Excellent communication and problem solving skills,

Ability to prioritize,

Good command of English,

Good command of MS Office application.
