We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our global client,

Act as a point of contact to business managers on HR services and organizational development strategies and tactics. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role.

Counsel and advise employees, managers, and business leaders regarding people, policies, workforce, organization and employee issues.

Proactively engage with and build relationships with employees at all levels.

Ensure the compliance and application of local regulation and fair treatment

Lead a team to manage personnel administration and payroll

Manage recruitment with the managers.

Providing support and advice on all global HR processes in their local application: performance evaluation, career development, compensation, talent review and training.

Utilize data driven metrics to make recommendations toward meeting the sites annual and strategic business objectives and implement actions accordingly.

Facilitate the annual Employee Survey, working closely with Leadership team to develop specific action plans, leading focus group process, ensuring ongoing communication and measuring progress to goals.

Promote effective communications and employee relations.

Provide leadership to local and/or global human resources initiatives.

Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.

+5 HR specialization with work experience of HR, ideally in an international matrix organisation.

Experienced Blue collar recruitment process

University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration Human Resources or related field preferred

Strong knowledge of labour law and experience of working on employee relations

Practical knowledge in the successful implementation of issues of recruitment, and employee organizational development as well as for employment-related issues

Hands on, with high attention to detail

Ability to build trust

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with all staff levels

Proactive, autonomous and details oriented in the analysis of the current state/situation

Ability to work with processes and global HR tools

Ability to work well under pressure, juggling multiple initiatives. Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately; unquestioned ethics

Strong customer focus orientation

Fluent in Turkish and English

Willing to travel regularly to the different sites in Turkey.
