We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our one of customer who is leading Telecommunication Industry.

Act as a single point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities
Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues
Provide HR policy guidance to employees and management team
Act as a consultant in leadership and team management issues
Influence Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues
Execution of HR systems processes in parallel to HR agenda
Take an active role in redesigning HR projects
Deliver retention plans and employee engagement activities


Minimum 4 years of experience in core Human Resources areas; performance and talent management, compensation
benefits, grading, change management, organizational development, recruitment
Capable of understanding the business objectives of internal customers and build strong relationship
Act as a coach while managing relations with employees and management team
Have a strong communication and coordination skills
Demonstrated success both as a team leader and player
Capable of working with flexible working hours
Knowledge in Labor law
Fluent in English
