We are seeking for a "Human Resources Generalist" for our client which is UK based company operating in energy sector.

The main goal for this role is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for full HR operations management as a Generalist, including:

Regular contact with regional HR team members, international offices, and various departments to ensure a timely flow of information,

Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues,

Supports cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, pay cycles, talent management reviews, engagement surveys, etc.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in all areas of human resources, as talent management, employment law, etc.

Supports the updating and implementation of Turkish HR policies and processes,

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, communicates with candidates and line managers to arrange and support interviews,

Plans, records, and coordinates new joiner management to ensure proper welcome to the company,

Supports the Performance Management Processes via HRIS system and by coaching managers and employees,

Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs as required,

Follow-up and support monthly payroll and budget activities,

Participates in audit activities during the year,

Maintenance of all employee files and inputs of employee data into the HRIS system,

Control of invoices against HR budget using internal system, ensuring prompt payment,

Coordination and tracking of visas, work permits and expatriation requirements.


4-6 years’ experience in HR Generalist roles,

Business level fluency in written and oral English,

An understanding of working in an international company is preferred,

Extensive communication skills,

Highly responsive and professional engagement with all stakeholders,

Excellent attention to detail is essential,

Should be comfortable using a variety of external and internal systems,

Ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential,

Previous payroll experience is a plus,

Ability to multitask and problem solve,

Experience of working within an international team,

Cultural awareness and sensitivity are required.
