jr. ad manager

We are looking for a “Jr. Ad Manager” for our client who is a leading provider of enterprise tools to help retailers and brands manage their e-commerce business.

Perform all duties of ad operations including campaign setup, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, and reporting.
Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
Implementation of floodlight pixels for performance/conversion campaigns.
Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices.
Upload Display banner ads, Video ads, Mobile ads. (knowledge of tags third party tags)
Campaign Creation/Updating, setting up and monitoring campaigns, taking screengrabs of of ads.
Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance.
Generating various daily/weekly/monthly delivery reports that detail campaign performance and delivery.
Providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and optimization.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process.

At least 2 years of ad operations within Programmatic environment.
Hands on experience on DSP is a must. (knowledge of Amazon DSP is a plus)
Good understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, including CPM, CPC, CPA, and CTR advertising model.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tables.
