Do you want to start your career in the world's #1 HR consultancy company?According to our growth plan, we are looking for key account managers at different locations (Ankara)

Develop and maintain a customer database

Make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)

Follow up on sales activities

Negotiate with clients, managing client tenders and contract management

Ensure that close relationship with client portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new clients

Works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals

Contributing to department profitability


University and/or Master Degree

Minimum 4 years corporate sales experience in services, and successful record in generating own leads through cold calling, research, networking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English- Strong business understanding- Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, a good listener and not afraid of hard work

Motivated to accomplish business results,

Active driver
