We are looking for a “Key Account Manager” for HR Tech Company which provides coaching and development solutions via a blended approach of a digital coaching platform and human touch.

Manage and own the B2B sales process including below responsibilities:
Lead generation: Work closely with the growth team to generate potential leads for the company in the European and US market. Manage outreach efforts and build a strong sales funnel.
Pipeline management: Manage qualifying leads with the sales support team, structure sales pipeline, move deals within the pipeline and effectively manage CRM for report forecast to
executive management.
Proposal: Accountable for the response to any tender, RFP document. Ownership of the quality of the sales collateral.
Closing Handover: Finalize contractual details, involve Customer Success in scoping technical requirements, delivery SOW.
Business Development: Look for ways to bring more/better qualified sales leads.
Segment audience and target specific groups in line with the context and the product features to increase
pipeline activity.
Contact potential clients and qualify leads further.


5+ years of enterprise level B2B sales experience (preferably HR and/or technology sales),
Positive energy, “can-do” attitude,
Growth mindset,
Strong on relationship management,
Results and action oriented, strong on following-up,
Comfortable to selling and influencing C-level stakeholders/buyers,
Being able to travel abroad,
Technology interest and literacy,
Advanced level of English.
