linux system administrator

We are looking for a "linux system administrator" for our growing client operating in e-commerce industry.

Build and maintain system infrastructure components
Provide technical support to fix network and infrastructure related problems
Recommend architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions
Monitor system performance and manage resource planning
Apply necessary updates to ensure system security
Control access permissions, privileges to ensure data security
Design and implement processes for database backups, restores and recovery models
Implement best practices that will continuously improve service quality
Coordinate with the software development team to ensure their needs are met from a software perspective
Provide technical support to development team before the project deployments and after
Plan operations to update/upgrade system components
Research new technologies to apply current system infrastructure
Find and fix problems related to system and maintain daily operations

Extensive experience in Linux OS
Advanced knowledge of linux network design and security requirements
Experience with High Availability infrastructure components (Load Balancers, HAProxy etc.)
Knowledge of HA Database Clustering - Replication and optimization (MySQL, Mongo, Memcached, Redis)
Knowledge of HA Web Servers and optimization (Nginx, Apache)
Knowledge of Virtualization (VMWare)
Familiar with orchestration tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) (Ansible)
In-depth knowledge of database backup and disaster recovery procedures
Familiarity with reporting and monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Graylog, New Relic, Zabbix etc.), documentation and coding (Bash, Python etc.)
System Administration Experience in high traffic websites
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Excellent troubleshooting skills in relation to the system infrastructure
