mainline signaling application senior design engineer

We're looking for a "Mainline Signaling Application Senior Design Engineer" for our multinational business partner.

Define, produce and validate all the application data and parameters needed to customize the customer solution, either at System level or at Subsystem level, (e.g. IXL, ATC, ICC, N&T, PACIS, …)

For IXL (Interlocking), produce Control Tables / Route Tables,

Deliver design scheme plan layouts, Control Tables, safe HMI layouts, signaling logic application data, hardware configuration drawings, cable plans, signaling equipment rooms layout, diagnostic application data,

Ensure the application and adherence to the reference application design methods tools, requesting in cooperation with the Project IXL design leader deviations whenever appropriate,

Take Ownership of the assigned tasks,

Participate actively to the IXL detailed design review meetings and provide activity progress reports,

Organize and produce documental, software and hardware design deliveries accordingly to the project templates and needs,

Support actively the Project IXL design leader and Project V&V manager in design issues debugging,

Analyze and manage design change requests and participate actively to the definition of the HW SW package to be delivered to the V&V,

installation and Testing Commissioning teams,

Ensure independence of the design activity from the verification activity,

Support the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in the Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, including equipment codification request (CLAMP) and quantities,

Manage all documents from the customer project to carry out application engineering studies during all project life.

5-10 years’ experience with High level of quality and details orientation, Knowledge of the rail environment will be an advantage,

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, (Electrical - Electronic or Software)

Should have prior experience in drawing tools such as ACAD,

IT Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft office package.
