We're looking for a "Maintenance Automation Engineer" for our customer operates in Automotive Industry which is located in Gebze.

Support and manage new investments of factory,
Improve existing equipment’s automation condition for higher efficient,
Leading continuous improvement activities,
Changing and updating existing equipment PLC programs, and electrical conditions,
Leader of Robotic processes, and improve existing processes with new technology,
Following new trends according to Industry 4.0 – Predictive and high accuracy equipment,
Prepare Industry 4.0 infrastructures,
Prepare automation standards for all factory,
Have countermeasure to all problems according to IATF 16949 restrictions,
Organize technical training to Maintenance and Engineering departments.

nitelikler

BS and/or MS degree in Mechatronics, Electrics Electronics, Computer, Control and Automation Engineering fields,
Automotive sector experience is an asset, (with IATF 16949 knowledge)
At least 6 years work experiences-2 years management experience is asset,
Good level of English,
High level Siemens PLC and SCADA programming knowledge,
Good level KUKA or/and FANUC robotics programing,
TPM/TPS knowledge is asset,
Proficient in MS Office program,
Problem solving and organization ability,
Strong communication and coordination skills,
 Ability to take responsibility, take initiative when necessary, result-oriented, analytical thinking,
Self-motivating, Team work experience,
Completed military service for male candidates,
Willing to take responsibility,
Available to live in Istanbul Asia / Kocaeli.
