We are looking for a "Marketing Manager" for our global client operating in the FMCG / Beverage industry.

Building long term brand strategies by closely monitoring sector and category based developments, consumer trends and competitors.

Organizing and managing the brand teams under his/her leadership to make and execute marketing plans.

Achieve agreed budgeted profits and sales objectives for each brand among the brand groups under his/her leadership handled in accordance with company’s priorities.

Develop and prepare annual brand plans in line with Global Brand Strategy guidelines for each brand handled, which clearly sets out the strategies in detail and specifies the quantities while emphasizing main objectives and spendings for each part of the marketing mix in order to achieve those objectives.

Make sure that correct and competent internal as well as external resources are guaranteed to lead execution of initiatives agreed in the brand plan with excellence and in line with the budget, and lead teams by monitoring the results.

Monitor and check all aspects of absolute and relative performance (sales volume, market share, brand awareness and image, competitive activity and promotion, macroeconomic environment) and propose necessary changes of direction.

Activate the internal organization behind the Brand vision, strategy and action plan.

Take an effective role in determining the portfolio strategy and objectives in accordance with Global priorities and local consumer focus.

Work in collaboration with the top management in creating the company's strategy.

Work collaboratively with the other groups (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) within the company and lead them in line with the brand(s) strategy.

Lead the responsibilities of the brand(s) by creating core communication strategies of those brands.

Check that the promotional activities and field implementations are to the highest standards.

Develop, manage, motivate and coach subordinates to ensure company’s and brand(s)’ objectives fulfillment and their career development.

Identify/screen new external agencies for new collaborations in order to achieve best handling of brands.

Monitor, keep track, understand and express opinions on competitive activities and related brand pricing.


University degree, post-graduate degree in MBA or Marketing is preferred.

Total job experience: 8 years

Managerial experience: 4 years

Foreign Language: Excellent level of English is a must

Computer Skills: Windows office programs

Driving license: Class B required

Must be capable of showing performance under pressure.

Effective handling of time and project management / Multi Task.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must be able to manage, coach, develop, motivate and coordinate people.

Should be a team player, flexible and open minded person.

Ability to acquire commercial sense and cross-functional understanding are essential.

Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment.

Interpersonal skills-able to create open and collaborative partnerships.

Presentation skills-confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences.

Able to travel domestic and abroad.

Ability to work flexibly in terms of working days and hours.
