We are looking for a "Solution Business Development Manager" for our client who is is a leading manufacturer of premium-quality intelligent IP video systems, setting standards for innovative camera technologies and decentralized security solutions.

To communicate customers on a technical level as well as to senior executives on a non-technical level.

Opportunistically catching leads from the customers and the market.

Doing consultation-based suggestions for improving work efficiency along with exclusive software for content management, MFPs for data input and output, and document digitization service.

Doing onsite analyses and preparing tailor made solutions for customer to optimize business processes with workflow automation.

Preparing the presentation of the solutions and doing presentation to customers.

Answering technical questions from potential customers and offering solutions for their pain points.

Building, driving and expanding the relationships with end users.

Building relationships with 3rd party IT solution/software companies.

Following/participating internal company’s trainings and become Professional about company’s solutions.

Follow-up all the analyze, sales and implementation processes.

Working closely with sales team, marketing team, service team, global team and 3rd party IT solution/software companies to develop projects.

Review RFPs, prepare quotations and technical proposals with the design of systems.

Bachelor’s degree from engineering studies.

Solution selling experience.

Good presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

High relationship management skills.

Demonstrated follow up skills and closing experience.

Good knowledge of IT Solutions for document management, content management, and document digitization service.

Proven sales and demonstrated revenue growth skills would be a plus.

Experience in working in coordination with different departments and time management.

Excellent organization skills.

Related IT certifications would be plus.

Very good command of English. (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
