We are looking for an ''OPEX Manager'' for our client operates as a pioneer in the global glass manufacturing industry.

Establishing corporate standards and mechanisms for initiatives that will support Operational Excellence
Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collection
Leading client projects, understanding a client's business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities
Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
Developing process intelligence technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large, global organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations
Demonstrating experience with broader business process re-engineering efforts such as Lean Kaizen/Six Sigma, workflow design, etc
Supporting and directing Center of Excellence (CoEs) and their teams
Ensuring the management of continuous improvement and operational excellence projects
Management of super functional, value chain operational excellence initiatives and projects
Raising resources and competencies for optimization projects
Managing the operational excellence development program and providing accreditations
Management of Continuous Improvement Platform
Business Excellence Maturity Tracking


Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and master degree would be a plus
At least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, data analytics and lean management, preferably in consulting firms or in an in-house consulting role took part in different sector/process and project studies
Leading inter-functional process improvement and structuring projects
Knowledge and experience of different management methodologies and systems
Having the following core job competencies; operational excellence initiatives, lean management methods and tools, methodologies and accreditation used within the scope of process improvement and continuous improvement (MBB BB)
Knowledge of data analytics methods and optimization projects
Digital transformation simplification of processes
Providing in-house training (internal trainer)
Having the following behavioral competencies
Visionary, strategy-oriented thinking
Conceptual and analytical thinking, questioning and research ability
Ability to find solutions to problems and be proactive
Strong planning and organizational skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Able to adapt quickly to team and project-based works
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
