We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager for one of our clients, leading company in Telecommunication industry.

Designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, including skills-set, leveling, organization design, etc. ,

Anticipates and plans for long-term organization requirements and trends that includes skills and workforce,

May adopt developments on approach that including skills-library and grading,

Enhances and develops the organization capability on grading methodology,

Provides expertise, advice and solutions to organizations to better manage gradings for both executive level and professionals,

Maintains and updates records in databases in accordance with prescribed formats, contents and system requirements of organization,

Analyzes the organizational structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life,

Ensures policy/program changes affecting employees do not conflict with the organization's objectives,

May adopt developments on approach that including skills-library and grading,

Enhances and develops the organization capability on grading methodology,

Provides expertise, advice and solutions to organizations to better manage gradings for both executive level and professionals,

Maintains and updates records in databases in accordance with prescribed formats, contents and system requirements of organization.

nitelikler

7-10 years of work experience in Organizational Development / Consultancy / Change Strategy

Experience in strategy alignment, organizational design and change consulting.

Experience in influencing and advising leaders in a client- facing or consulting role

Business acumen and practical thinking in business problem solving are critical assets,

OUTSTANDING communication skills, strong consulting and coaching skills

Self-starter, able to rebound in the face of uncertainty,

Strong moderation skills, ability to manage adversarial interactions,

Advance command of English both written and oral.
