We are looking for a "Personal Assistant / Receptionist" for our client operating in commercial real estate industry.
The role will involve dealing with a busy workload and with the need to liaise closely with the Partners to prioritise demands on a daily basis.
To provide full secretarial, administrative and PA support. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and self-motivated.

Intensive diary management - setting up meetings meeting rooms where required.
Typing of correspondence – mainly copy typing of emails and the occasional letter.
Travel Arrangements – Flights, Car Rentals, Hotels.
Client Meeting Schedule – update weekly.
Preparation of presentations slides both separately and in conjunction with Marketing.
Photocopying, scanning documents/information.
Organising events such as client entertaining, client lunches etc.
Occasional translations.
All reception related tasks.
Update client database.
Filing. (as and when required)
Office and administrative procurement.
And any other duties as may be reasonably required.


3-4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent planning, organization and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and relevant CRM systems.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
