We are looking for a "Preferred Customers / Business Development Supervisor" for our global client which is operating in health wellness industry with its nutrition products.

Responsible for the advancement of Preferred Customer Experience.

Implement sales loyalty initiatives for Preferred Customers to drive and support sales.

Develop align strategies with the Regional Corporate team.

Organize, prepare and localize all forms of communication and tools to engage Preferred Customers with the brand.

Maintain and Coordinate all communication channels reaching out to Preferred Customers; email communication via Exact Target, SMS etc.

Cooperate with Business Intelligence team to deep dive into Preferred Customer Metrics and analysis.

Organize annual surveys to understand customers’ behavior needs.

Take responsibility for liaison with suppliers while building promotions incentives for Preferred Customers while ensuring vendors are providing best service and pricing in line with corporate policies.

Maintain local pricing files and competitor bidding analysis.

Support Sales Strategy team with the Event preparation execution.

Interacts with all levels throughout the company’s organisation, and distributors, customers and vendors.

Minimum 5 years experience in the areas of Business Development and/or CRM and/or Consumer Insight experience preferably in a multinational environment.

University Degree within a related subject.

Excellent computer skills required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with business intelligence / data mining is an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English (additional language knowledge desirable).

Analytical and strategic thinker.

Very good interpersonal relationship skills and supervisory skills.

Communicative, energetic enthusiastic, with a “can do” approach to tasks.

Able to produce results under pressure within a fast moving environment.

Must be prepared to travel and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours. Valid passport required.

Willing to work weekends as required.

Good interpersonal skills and willing to interact with key distributors during planning execution.
