quality management systems engineer(qms engineer)

We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Engineer for our global automotive component (Exterior lighting systems, powertrains, electrical and electronics, body and chassis parts segments) manufacturer customer.

Responsibility for Quality Management System (QMS) for the assigned plant.
Responsible for ensuring the VLS Integration Manual and related documents therein are maintained up to date.
Maintain and execute a certification audit schedule for the assigned plant.
Create, maintain, and execute assigned plant audit schedule for all, IATF 16949, ISO 27001, and customer and homologation
system audits.
Monitor standards, analyze trends, develop and deliver training programs based upon areas for improvement or changes to
automotive standards. Ensure VBOS procedures are updated.
Monitored Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), notify all personnel of improvement or changes to CSR.
Monitored the compliance of the Integrated Management System with Legal Obligations.
Ensure the assigned plant is ready for IATF 16949 and ISO 27001 audits.

5 years experience in automotive
2 years in Quality Management Systems
Advanced level of English,
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 27001,
IATF 16949 Auditor certification,
ISO 27001 Auditor certification is a plus
Knowledge of computer packages (MS-OFFICE)
Structure and development of procedures and instructions
Problem-solving techniques
Knowledge of Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
Knowledge of auditing techniques
