We are looking for a 'Regional Human Resources Manager' for our one of global client in construction industry.

Actively participate in change and restructuring activities and identifying optimal organizational effectiveness and structures.
This includes driving changes needed to secure and increase the profitability of the business and if appliable be responsible for the
Employment tasks, union relations if applicable, to ensure a smooth and respectful process.
Ensure that the HR activities are managed according to existing laws and regulations, governmental requirements and internal procedures.
Develop targets and action plans and budgets related to own area of responsibility and the HR- activities that supports the overall business goals of the Company Group.
Ensure regular follow up of relevant KPIs Ensure the developed HR-process and tools such as performance management, recruitment.
Comp Ben etc. are in in play with optimal usage by Managers in own area of responsibility.
Attract competent people by having a professional recruitment and induction process including employer branding offering in place for own area of responsibility.
Support the General Manager(s) with the internal communication flow in the organization, facilitating an understanding of the strategy implementation and to ensure the workforce is engaged and up to date.
Ensure a smooth payroll process with high quality related to all country standards, tax frameworks and other policies.
Propose regional/local HR plan and priorities/activities to CHRO and relevant Business leaders for own area of responsibility.
Labour law decisions in own area of responsibility in conjunction with the General Manager.
Local HR Practises/policies in own country/ies such as recruitment process, induction process etc.
Recruitment (recommendations) through participation in recruitment and decision processes for leadership and key roles in own area of responsibility.
Exit process and terminations – involved and responsible for labour law and respectful process according to company core values.
Release of the monthly payroll file in conjunction with General Manager (variable for each country.


7+ years relevant working experience within HR.
A business-oriented partner; anticipate organizational needs and create solutions accordingly.
Experience of working in an international environment, preferably from the industrial sector in general.
Fluent in own country language as well as English both written and verbal.
University degree, probably with focus on Human Resources, Management or Business Administration.
knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, Health and safety, training and development.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful partner to the local management team that provides company leadership and direction.
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
Experience of running Payroll. (systems and process)
