We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our global client which is operating in the industry of manufacturing machine tools and lasers.

Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales and representing our client to its customers.

Its main responsibilities include lead generation and customer demand management that supports the sales intent of sheet metalworking machine tools and automation systems.

Responsibility entails sales planning and selling directly to end users.

Individuals are responsible for the management and profitability of all sales activities in Marmara Region for our global client.

Carry out sales and marketing activities in the responsible region, to gain potential customers and to create new markets, in accordance with the department targets determined in line with client’s mission and company targets.

Perform technical presentations to customers about the product group and services we sell and market, to determine technical specifications, to prepare price offers with technical and commercial conditions.

Plan and coordinate operational and strategic management of the responsible sales area, such as routes and time planning.

Analyze market and customer needs, determining trends and producing and reporting a sales strategy for the sales area.

Active customer acquisition and promotion of new products.

Prepare offers, manage the contract process and close the sale.

Follow up the preparations for the after-sales commissioning.

Ensure work coordination, synchronization and working discipline with the other departments in the sales and marketing unit and in communication.

Report customer satisfaction feedback after the sale and to use this information to do the job better, more efficiently, more productively and more economically.


Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Electronics Engineering of reputable universities,

At least 5 years of professional sales experience in the field of laser technology or machine tools,

Very good knowledge of English,

Having no obstacles to domestic and international travel,

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
