We are looking for a Reporting Assistant Specialist for our global business partner which is operating in the Maritime Business and Administration or Logistics.

Create a positive first impression with customers by providing professional, efficient, and customer focused service through phone and e-mail in timely and accurate manner.

Serve as liaison between operation, management and customer to improve customer and business productivity in line with the Global Logistics Center’s goals.

Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.

Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.

Communicate customer feedback to Operation, Planning, and Business Development departments in order to develop processes for better serving customers.

Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.

Graduated from related fields of reputable universities preferably in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics.

Written and oral fluency in Portuguese is a must.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).

Working knowledge of TOS (preferably Navis).

A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description.

Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.

Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach.

Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines.

Capability to anticipate problems by recognizing the key issues in problems and creating contingency plans and alternative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels.

Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counselling and listening skills.

Excellent analytical skills, teamwork skills and multi-task orientation.

Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment.

Ambitious and motivated for a career in global port operations.

Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only).

Residence in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul is preferred.

Able to work in 3 shifts.
