We are looking for a "Sales Enablement Manager" for our client whose mission is to build the next generation e-commerce group by acquiring and scaling high-performing businesses on online marketplaces.

Identifying and prospecting new leads/acquisition targets for the Business Development team

Qualifying leads from already available data sources using outside-in research

Setting up scalable processes for lead generation which includes working with 3rd party agencies to identify data sources, cleanup/qualification of leads and assigning this to the BD team

Supporting the General Manager, VP of Acquisitions and the BD team with ad-hoc analysis and reports to facilitate deal closures

Maintain and streamline sales related data and processes on Salesforce. You will be the guardian to our most important asset - our sales data

Work on ad-hoc strategy projects with the other vertical leads, founders and other team members which have a significant business impact

nitelikler

2-3 years experience in a sales operations or sales enablement function in fast paced tech organizations in Turkey

Admin-level proficiency on Salesforce and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and problem solving with the ability to make quick judgement calls under pressure

Self starter who embraces rolling up your sleeves; skilled at process optimization; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity

Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment. Ability to work in a fast changing environment and deliver results consistently
